At the heart of Clarity Equine Coaching & Consulting is Caitlin, our founder and lead coach. With extensive experience and a deep-rooted passion for equine & human behavior, Caitlin brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to every session. She is dedicated to facilitating profound experiences that lead to lasting personal and professional growth. Caitlin's skilled guidance ensures that each participant discovers their own clarity through the powerful interactions with our horses.

Taylor's the kind of person who brightens any room. With a heart full of kindness and a genuine sense of compassion, she truly cares about the people around her. You'll often find her with a warm smile and a listening ear. What's even more impressive is her unwavering dedication and eagerness to learn; she’s always ready to take on new challenges. As a fourth generation horsewoman, Taylor had some things come natural, learning to ride at 12 in the backyard on her first mare, Santana. As an adult, she wanted to expand her knowledge. She started riding under Travis in 2021, and then Caitlin in 2023 to expand her skills. In 2021, she found her equine partner in Gunner and they have worked hard together. In 2024, inspired by her own growth in lessons, she began to pursue coaching. Right now, she is growing and thriving under Caitlin's mentorship while she works towards her rider levels and coaching license, and we're so excited to see all the amazing things she’ll accomplish. Taylor's a fantastic addition to our team, and we know you'll love getting to know her!

Howie is an Appendix Quarter Horse, a barn favorite known for his tall, dark, and handsome presence. His calm and steady demeanor makes him an exceptional partner for riders of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a beginner seeking a gentle introduction to horsemanship or an experienced rider looking to refine your skills, Howie offers a safe and supportive experience. His patient nature and willing spirit shine through in every session, making him a truly valuable member of our team.

Sue is a beautiful Appaloosa mare who brings grace and sensitivity to our team. Her elegant movement and gentle nature make her an ideal partner for intermediate to advanced riders seeking to refine their skills. Sue's sweet disposition and love for attention create a warm and welcoming atmosphere during sessions. Her sensitive nature encourages riders to develop a softer, more nuanced approach, fostering a deeper connection and understanding. Sue's presence allows riders to increase their ability to feel, and respond to the subtle cues of the horse. She is a true gem in our herd, and we are lucky to have her.

Honey is a wonderful Paint mare with a heart of gold. As a devoted mother, she brings a nurturing and protective energy to her riders. Honey is the ultimate "babysitter," capable of adapting to the needs of any rider, from those taking their very first steps to experienced competitors. She instills confidence and security in beginners, while also possessing the athleticism and responsiveness to challenge advanced riders. Honey's ability to mold to her rider's needs makes her an invaluable member of our team. She is a true testament to the versatility and gentle spirit of our herd.

The Famous Dreamer, our big black gelding who has a heart of gold has retired from riding lessons but remains a cherished member of our family. For the better part of a decade, he patiently guided young riders on the lunge line, demonstrating the gentle and affectionate nature of horses, particularly to those who were nervous around them.

Though gentle, Dreamer is also sensitive and has always thrived with a calm and confident leader. His quick mind makes him well-suited for experienced riders who provide clear, consistent communication.

Now, Dreamer plays a vital role in our workshops, acting as a reassuring and steady presence for newcomers on the ground. He's a true "babysitter" and has been a farm favorite for nearly ten years.
