FAQ
What should I wear?
Boots with a slight heel (~1”), long pants (jeans), and weather‑appropriate layers. Helmets are required — we’ll check fit at arrival.
Can I borrow a helmet?
All riders must wear an approved riding helmet when mounted or handling horses. Riders may use a Clarity Equine helmet for their first few lessons before bringing their own.
How is payment handled?
Payment due at the first lesson of your pack. E‑transfer preferred. Prices shown are before HST (PEI 15%).
Can people come watch?
Yes! Your family is welcome to watch quietly from designated areas. We ask that you avoid distracting riders or horses during lessons.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.
What if my child isn’t ready to ride yet?
Our Introduction to Horses and Tiny Tot programs are perfect for beginners — focusing on safety, groundwork, stable management, and hands-on learning before or alongside riding.
