Boundaries & Regulation With Horses

$75.00

This equine-assisted wellness experience supports participants in exploring personal boundaries and nervous-system regulation through guided, ground-based interaction with horses.

Horses naturally respond to clarity, intention, and respect for space. Through experiential activities and reflection, participants are invited to notice how boundaries show up in the body, how stress and pressure affect regulation, and what it feels like to hold firm yet compassionate limits.

Time may be shared between the indoor arena and the cozy loft space, allowing for both active engagement and quiet integration. Sessions are paced intentionally, with choice, comfort, and awareness prioritized throughout.

This experience is well-suited for those who have begun developing self-compassion and are ready to practice responding — rather than reacting — in their relationships and daily life.
