Setting & Environment
Sessions take place in our indoor arena and cozy loft space, providing a contained, supportive environment for both experiential work and quiet reflection. Time may be shared between the arena and loft to support regulation, integration, and rest.

Participants choose their level of interaction and proximity to the horses
