Barn Expectations
Please arrive on time for your scheduled lesson or session.
Riders are encouraged to help groom, tack up, untack, and complete age-appropriate barn responsibilities as part of their learning experience.
Approved riding helmets are required at all times when mounted.
Appropriate footwear with a heel is required around horses.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
If 24 hours notice is received, the approved missed lesson/session is credited to the client account.
Missed lessons or sessions without appropriate notice are billed as per usual rate.
Weather or safety-related cancellations made by Clarity Equine will be rescheduled or credited where appropriate.
Billing & Payments
Invoices are generally sent monthly based on scheduled lessons or sessions.
Credits for missed sessions are applied to the following invoice where applicable.
Payment methods and due dates are outlined on each invoice.
Safety & Respect
Horses, riders, clients, and staff are expected to be treated with kindness and respect at all times.
Safety concerns or incidents should be communicated immediately to staff.
Please supervise children when not actively participating in a lesson or program.
